While we encourage customers and vendors to communicate with one another, customers are reminded that vendors and Bensidoun USA, Inc. are independent of one another, and neither a vendor nor Bensidoun USA, Inc. is authorized to act on behalf of the other. To the extent that any customer suffers any losses or injuries on account of any dealings with a vendor, such customer shall look solely to such vendor for recourse.
